This Policy sets out how we handle pre‑orders and deliveries of MuscleLight 1 and explains your rights to cancel, return or obtain a remedy
We are accepting pre‑orders. Our target dispatch window is by 1 December 2025. This is an estimate and may change due to production or logistics constraints. Any schedule change will be communicated by e‑mail.

We currently ship only within the EU. Customers outside the EU may e‑mail support@recolth.com to enquire about future availability. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
You may cancel your pre‑order any time prior to dispatch and receive a 100 % refund.E‑mail support@recolth.com with your order number.
You may return a delivered product within 14 days of receipt provided it is unused,undamaged and in its original packaging. Return freight is at the customer’s expense.Once the return is inspected and accepted, we refund the full purchase price within 14 days via the original payment method.
Notify us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) if your parcel is damaged, lost or incorrect. We will arrange replacement, repair or refund at no additional cost to you.
