PRE‑ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Pre‑Order Terms & Conditions ("Pre‑Order Terms") govern advance purchases ("Pre‑Orders") of MuscleLight 1placed with Recolth Oy (Business ID FI3510328‑8, Lappeenranta, Finland, "Recolth", "we", "our"). By placing a Pre‑Order you accept these Pre‑Order Terms and the Recolth Master Terms of Service.

Scope of the Pre‑Order

A Pre‑Order secures your spot in the first production batch of MuscleLight 1. Payment, delivery, refund and communication arrangements prior to official release are set out below.


    Price & Payment
    • Early‑bird price: €199 (VAT 24 % included).
    • This introductory price may differ from the final retail price.
    • The full amount is charged immediately upon checkout.
    • A payment confirmation / tax receipt is e‑mailed automatically after successful payment.
    Estimated Dispatch Date
    • Target dispatch: on or before 1 December 2025.
    • The date is non‑binding and subject to change due to manufacturing or logistics factors.
    • Delivery may occur earlier or later; any change will be notified promptly by e‑mail.
    Pre‑Order Package Contents
    • 1 × MuscleLight 1 device
    • 1 × Protective storage case
    • Retail packaging
    • Complimentary access to the Recolth mobile app (iOS & Android)
    Product Variations & Quality
    • Final units will closely match website visuals, but minor design or functional adjustments may occur.
    • This is a small‑batch, partly hand‑assembled production run; slight cosmetic imperfections are possible.
    • All units undergo quality control before shipment.
    Cancellation & Refunds
    • Before dispatch – Cancel any time for a 100 % refund.
    • After delivery – You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase and obtain a full refund, provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging. To cancel or initiate a return, e‑mail support@recolth.com with your order number.
    Delays, Changes & Recolth Right to Cancel
    • We will communicate material delays or changes by e‑mail.
    • If we cannot fulfil the Pre‑Order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
    • Transparent, timely communication is our commitment.
    Shipping Region
    • We currently ship to Finland and all EU member states
    • Units will carry CE conformity marking.
    • Customers outside the EU should contact support@recolth.com to discuss feasibility before ordering.
    Taxes & Invoicing
    • All quoted prices include Finnish VAT.
    • An electronic receipt meeting EU invoicing requirements is sent immediately after payment.
